Girls and Boys of Summer

Tonight was the first night of Tee Ball, but due to the depressing weather we've been having, "practice" was moved indoors for the littlest of "players." And by practice I mean: meet the coach, run around the gym twice, roll the ball anywhere but where you're supposed to, and stare blankly into space. Also, look ridiculously adorable in your oversized, can-be-seen-from-space orange t-shirt and one-size-fits-all cap.

Run, Millie, Run!

United in their confusion.

She looks like she's chewing. Already a pro. Zach is looking for the snacks, and that kid sitting down? Yeah, he's going to be the trouble maker.

Yep, she's the smallest.

Listening to directions. A lot of good that did her.

The coach is that way, Millie.

Just look at 'em all swimming in their t-shirts. Those things would fit me, what were those people thinking?!

Should be a fun season. At least we'll have lots of fodder for the blog.

Big Birthday Party

For the third year in a row, our six Jelly Beans got together for a joint birthday party. Although the skies were dark and misty at times, no one seemed to mind. As usual, the food was great, the company even better. We are so lucky to have found all of you.

The craziest part is that Greta, Georgia, and Graham weren't even here yet!

Look at how our babies have grown, click here for 2nd birthday party photos.

Sweet Evie.

Believe it or not, Zach's eye is looking much better.

Looks like Greta is ready to walk.

This is the fight I didn't win. She got to wear her "party dress."

Isaac and his princess.

Look at those eyes!

Whatchalookin' at?

Hi!

Yet another game of Duck, Duck, Gray Duck.

Oh I hope she picks me!

Baby Graham, if he was a football player in the 30's.

I think that's a hot dog bun.

Ring around the Rosie, again.

Coco's face is pure toddler joy.

Kelly's gorgeous cupcakes.

Can you believe how patient they are all being?!

Our little peanut

Three year old stats just in:

35" short
27 lbs.

Vision is perfect. Balance is "exceptional," which she did not get from me. So far so good.

Our last ECFE party

Tonight was the ECFE party, as most of you who read this blog already know (because you were there.) It's kind of a big deal for us, since we won't be continuing with ECFE next year. It was fun as usual, with lots of good food and visiting with friends. The highlight, of course, was getting to meet and hold teeny tiny baby Lillian. Was Millie ever that small?

Here are a few pics from the festivities.

Millie and "Big Lillian"

Action shot.

Gimme the camera.

Just hanging out.

Purty Georgia.

Baby Lillian spent the whole evening sleeping and making sweet baby noises. It was hard to pass her back to her mommy. Thanks for letting me borrow your brand new baby, Nicole and Matt!

Hey Millie, did you have fun tonight?
